With the design of the CI Series audio interfaces, we had the challenge to define and design the first hardware products of Steinberg with it’s own identity. The design of the CI series will serve as guidance for the further identity of products under the Steinberg brand as well as to address non-professional musicians in a more casual way.

The final product is not only an audio interface but also a control device for the bundled recording software. It is a multi purpose product with different using situations which we managed to translate in a well arranged product interface layout.
